What MomHop is

MomHop shares ideas for family outings, places, events and guides in and around Los Angeles. You can browse, create a free account to save favorites, and use perks offered by partner businesses.

Check before you go

We gather details from official websites, the businesses themselves and our own visits, and we work to keep them current. Hours, prices, dates, age rules and availability change, sometimes without notice. Please confirm with the place or the organizer before you go. MomHop is not responsible for changes, cancellations or closures, or for what happens at places and events run by others.

You know your family best

You decide whether an outing suits your children. Please supervise your kids, follow each place’s rules, and use your own judgment about safety, weather and accessibility.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 to create an account.
• Please give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or close an account that misuses the site or these terms.
• You can close your account at any time by emailing info@momhopla.com.

Perks and offers

Perks are offered by partner businesses. Each perk has its own details, limits and end date, and the partner is responsible for honoring it. Perks can change or end, and they have no cash value unless the partner says otherwise.

Tickets and purchases

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Ticket refunds and changes follow the terms shown for each event at checkout. MomHop for Business plans follow the terms shown when you buy them.

Using the site fairly

Please do not copy MomHop’s content in bulk, scrape or crawl the site with automated tools, send spam through our forms, try to break into accounts or systems, or use the site for anything unlawful.

Our content

MomHop’s guides, text, photos and design belong to MomHop or to the people who licensed them to us. You are welcome to share links to MomHop pages. Please do not republish our content without permission.

Links to other websites

MomHop links to venues, organizers and other websites for details and tickets. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimer and limits

MomHop is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, MomHop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or of any place, event or offer listed on it. If MomHop is found liable, its total liability is limited to the amount you paid MomHop in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change this page and its date. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
