Why it's good. Kid areas with toys, books, tables + art activities, and live music throughout the morning. Woodland Hills Recreation Center is about 1 minute away (~0.2 miles). Serrania Park is a short drive if you want a quieter park. Brunch nearby (~0.5 mile): Leo & Lily with outdoor and indoor sitting, or Nat's On Ventura.
